? Job Title: Company Secretary

? Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)
* ? Department: Legal & Compliance*
? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
* ? Experience: 1–2 Years*

✅ Key Responsibilities:

? Statutory Compliance & ROC Filings
✅ Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 & related laws
? Maintain statutory registers & records
? File e-forms via MCA21 portal
?‍⚖️ Board & General Meetings
?️ Draft notices, agendas, resolutions & minutes
⏰ Ensure timely circulation of board documents
? Corporate Governance & Advisory
? Advise directors on legal duties & governance
? Keep leadership informed about compliance changes
? Legal Documentation & Liaison
✍️ Draft/review contracts, NDAs, MOUs, etc.
⚖️ Coordinate with legal counsel for disputes or vetting




? Shareholder & Stakeholder Management
? Handle shares, cap tables & investor relations
? Manage statutory disclosures (if any)

? Other Responsibilities:

? Support secretarial audits
? Handle RBI/FEMA filings (if FDI involved)
?️ Manage event-based filings (e.g., director changes, capital increases)

? Qualifications:

✅ * Company Secretary (ICSI Member)*
➕ LLB or MBA (Bonus)
?‍? 1–2 years of CS experience (Private Ltd. Co. or CS Firm)

?️ Skills Required:

? Solid knowledge of Companies Act & MCA compliance
?️ Excellent drafting & communication skills
?️‍♀️ Detail-oriented & maintains confidentiality
? Proficient with MCA21 portal & MS Office
