Suchali's Artisan Bakehouse is a premium artisan bakery brand, retailing across Blue Tokai cafes Pan India and other direct channels. As we scale our cafe channel and expand into B2B partnerships, we're looking for a driven sales qualified to own and grow this category.
Role Summary
At Suchali's, the Community Manager function isn't a standalone digital role - it's the bridge between how people experience the brand in-café/at events and how that experience shows up online. The role exists because artisan, craft-led brands earn loyalty through relationships, not just content.
Every comment reply, DM, and event interaction is a chance to make someone feel like a regular, not a customer. Build and sustain a community of engaged, repeat customers and followers by being consistently present online (Instagram comments, DMs, UGC) and offline (activations, launches, in-store moments) and by closing the loop between the two.




Key Responsibilities
- Identify and nurture repeat customers, loyal followers, and micro-advocates, build a running list of "regulars" worth engaging directly (comments, shoutouts, early access)
- Turn one-time offline attendees (event/activation visitors) into repeat online followers, collect handles, tag them, and follow up post-event
- Create a feedback loop between offline events and online content capture reactions/photos/quotes on the ground and turn them into next week's content
- Track which community members show up consistently (online replies + offline events) and flag them for seeding/collab opportunities
- Help in day-to-day community engagement across Instagram comments, DMs, story replies, tagging/UGC tracking and reposting
- Support the team at offline touchpoints, in events when required.
