- Act as a point of contact for addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.
