KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Responding to technical issues and escalating them to the engineering team when necessary. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related problems • Providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders regarding production performance and any resulting issues. • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of production support activities • Maintaining open communication with the engineering team and stakeholders regarding production status and any issues that arise. QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BTech) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Technical Expertise: - Candidate should have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience - Proficient in MSSQL and JavaScript/jQuery - Solid understanding of production support environments, including incident resolution and root cause analysis processes • Domain Knowledge: Exposure to or prior experience in the Payment domain is highly desirable
