Job Responsibilities
- Supervising production activities to meet production targets
- Monitoring workflows to ensure efficiency, productivity
- Implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Preparing production reports to management
- Maintaining accurate records of production activities, inventory
- Optimizing resource utilization to minimize downtime and waste.
- Assembly line setting, producing quality product
Skills Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the houseware industry,
- Communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and courtesy
- Excellent time-management skills
- Knowledge of computer & team player
- Solid knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment
Qualification
12th pass or any graduate
