Job Description:

The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of an FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Polymer) material manufacturing plant, primarily focused on road construction applications. This role requires strategic leadership to manage production, plant operations, project design, execution, and operational efficiency. The Business Head will play a crucial role in driving business growth while ensuring high-quality output and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production & Plant Operations:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth production processes.
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost control.
- Optimize plant operations by implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Project Design & Execution:
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of recent projects, including production ramp-up for road construction applications.




- Collaborate with design teams to innovate new FRP products suited for road infrastructure.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget project execution, and alignment with customer specifications.

Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies and operational plans.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the FRP market, focusing on road construction.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and improve production output.

Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team across production, design, and project management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team.

Supply Chain & Resource Management:
- Oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the availability of raw materials.
