Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Job profile

We are looking for a highly skilled Analog and Digital Hardware Engineer with a deep understanding of analog and mixed-signal design, specifically tailored for defence and aerospace-grade electronics. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in designing rugged, mission-critical hardware systems with strict adherence to military standards (MIL-STD). This role demands technical excellence, attention to quality and compliance, and an ability to lead hardware development from concept through deployment in high-reliability environments.

Job Role and Responsibilities
- Design and development of mixed-signal hardware for defense and aerospace platforms, including signal conditioning, sensor interfaces, power management, and EMI/EMC-compliant circuits.
- Optimize analog circuits for precision signal acquisition, conditioning, and reliable performance under stringent aerospace and defence requirements.
- Interface with microcontrollers, processors, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, DDR, Ethernet,



ARINC, MIL-STD-1553).
- Implement proper filtering techniques and isolation to ensure circuit performance and reliability.
- Select military-grade components and ensure robustness in extreme environmental conditions (temperature, vibration, altitude, etc.).
- Lead schematic design, PCB layout review, and component selection aligned with system-level architecture and signal integrity requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain hardware documentation including design specifications, testing protocols, and qualification reports.
- Conduct design validation and qualification in accordance with MIL-STD-461E, MIL-STD-810G, RCMA requirements and other applicable aerospace/defence standards.
- Work cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and QA teams to ensure design manufacturability, testability, and system integration.
