Key Roles & Responsibilities
- · Prevents reputational losses & financial losses to company by internal/external entities indulging in fraudulent practices. Ensures optimum productivity through trigger-based intimation.
- · Handling escalations and updating internal customer on claims assigned for investigation.
- · Assist claims and legal team in identification & eradication of frauds.
- · Responsible for filing police complaints & leading evidence.
- · Updates referral triggers to maximize fraud eradication.
- · Reduces loss ratio by increasing success ratios.
- · Develops current techniques for investigation (forensic / biometric).
