Responsibilities

- Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with labor laws and regulations regarding working hours, breaks, and overtime
- Time and attendance management: Track employee time-off requests, approve leaves, and manage longer leaves
- Timecard review: Review timecards to ensure that employee time is accurately recorded
- Error resolution: Work with employees to resolve errors like missing punches and job corrections
- Report generation: Generate reports for management and regulatory authorities
- Policy review: Review and update policies and procedures relating to human resources
- Salary calculation: Calculate salary payments, bonuses, and deductions
