Job Description:
Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
Employment Type: Contract (1 Year | Renewable based on performance)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Shift Timing: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Based on client or work sometime the -7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
About the Opportunity:
We are hiring on behalf of a leading multinational healthcare & pharmaceuticals company with a strong presence across India. This is a contractual opportunity at their Baddi (HP) manufacturing facility with a potential for renewal based on individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions (blue collar & white collar)
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Sourcing via job portals, campus hiring, and local references
- Conduct initial screening, scheduling interviews & offer processing
Payroll Management
- Support monthly payroll processing — attendance, leave, LOP tracking
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs and deductions
- Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory deductions accurately
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and joining formalities
Factory / Statutory Compliance
- Basic knowledge of Factories Act, Labour Laws
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- Support audits and compliance documentation
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent
- 1–4 years of HR Generalist experience (preferably in Pharma / FMCG / Manufacturing)
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, Factories Act
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates from Baddi / Nalagarh / Solan / nearby areas preferred
