We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with a leading Banking organization in Chennai. We are looking for a skilled Decisioning / Rules Engine Developer to build and manage business rules for credit and risk decisioning systems.

? Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing business rules in a decision engine workplace supporting lending and credit processes.

? Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience in Business Rules Engine (BRE) / Decisioning platforms
- Experience in any of the below tools:
- FICO Blaze Advisor
- IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager)
- Drools (Red Hat Decision Manager)
- Pega Decisioning / PRPC
- Experian PowerCurve / similar decision systems
- Strong technical skills in:
- Java
- SQL
- Excel
- Good understanding of:
- Rule authoring, testing, and deployment
- Decision flows / rule-based logic implementation
- Exposure to AI / analytics tools (basic familiarity acceptable)
