About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our Finished Dosage Forms (FDF) division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance our FDF portfolio. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align business strategies and drive revenue growth within the global pharmaceutical market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Strategy:
- Lead and drive the business development strategy for Finished Dosage Forms (FDF), focusing on recent business acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Identify and evaluate potential clients, partnerships, and market opportunities in the FDF sector, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop comprehensive business plans and proposals tailored to client needs and aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive strategic negotiations, including pricing,



terms, and agreements, to secure profitable contracts and long-term relationships.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, CMOs/CDMOs, and other partners in the FDF market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D;, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction and the timely delivery of services.
- Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of the latest trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and customer demands in the FDF industry.
