Eligibility :
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about establishing a career in the tourism industry
- 2 - 8 Yrs of work experience in travel industry and/or a diploma/ degree in travel & tourism will be added advantage
Responsibilities :
- Address inquiries received via digital platforms, emails, phone calls, and in-person visits
- Provide details about holiday packages in alignment with customer queries
- Facilitate processes for booking, visa acquisition and payment transactions
