This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of scheduled security tests and helping with documentation and follow-ups. Detailed Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for: • Supporting the scheduling and tracking of security testing activities in coordination with internal teams (e.g., IT, Infosec, Projects)
and external security vendors • Assisting in maintaining security testing calendars and logs • Coordinating with teams and vendors to ensure timely execution and closure of security testing tasks • Tracking and following up on open items or observations from security tests • Preparing basic reports and updates on the status of ongoing testing activities for review by senior team members • Maintaining documentation and records related to security testing and compliance activities Preferred Knowledge, Skill & Ability: • 1–2 years of experience in IT or Information Security support or coordination roles • Positive organizational and coordination skills • Basic understanding of IT security concepts is an advantage • Willingness to learn about security testing processes and tools • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting • Good communication skills to work with internal teams and external vendors • Ability to follow processes, checklists, and timelines • Interest in devel
