Job Description:

1)Positive Communication and language Skills,Time Management and problem Solving abilities

2)Should have hands on experience in handling manufacturing/Customer quality

3)Responsible for handling Customer complaint for Exports Customers

4)Knowledge of MS Office,KAIZEN,5'S,Poka Yoke

5)PFC/PMFEA/Control plan,Process capability studies and operation Std.checking

6)IATF-16949,SPC,PPAP,APQP Quality Core Tools

7)Should have experince of Product and process Audit

8)Raise and maintain QFR and Customer complaints register

9)Make Corrective actions reports and submitted to Customers

10)Co ordinate with plant quality team for getting analyis report for reported issues

11)Perform root cuase analysis and drive continous improvement action plan implementation

12)Provide support to Plant team for improving qulaity and process capabilities

13)Compiling Cost of Poor Quality and MIS report

14)Identifying and implementing Quality Improvement projects

15)Added advantage if knowledge of 6 sigma,CQI ,TQM and TPM
