performance of an assigned customer portfolio for a medium impact
client base in any size cluster/geographical area.

Who We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, preferably in freight forwarding or integrated logistics.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
- A proactive sales mindset with the ability to consistently identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Sound knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Rail, and Trucking products, with an understanding of integrated logistics solutions.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand business challenges and recommend value-driven solutions.




- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic setting and can effectively navigate ambiguity and complex business situations.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a continuous learning mindset.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and standard Microsoft Office applications will be an added advantage.
