Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our Corporate HR team. The role involves comprehensive HR Generalist responsibilities with strong focus on Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Learning & Development (L&D;). The incumbent will play a key role in driving HR processes, policies, and initiatives that contribute to employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

Manage and execute end-to-end Performance Management processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, appraisals, and feedback discussions.

Drive Learning & Development initiatives by assessing training needs, preparing annual training calendars, coordinating internal and external training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Handle HR operations including maintaining employee records, HRMS data management, and preparation of HR reports and dashboards.
