Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: As the Director of Managed Accounting Services, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to the division. You will mentor and develop senior managers and their teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your leadership will foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Client Relationship Management: You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients,



understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services. Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, you will ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively.

Operational Oversight: You will oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting. Your role will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will implement robust controls and monitoring mechanisms to manage risk and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.

Process Optimization: You will drive initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness in accounting operations through automation and best practices. Identifying opportunities for process improvements, you will implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
