Job Description:

Position Title: Dispatcher

Job Summary:
- The Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and productive coordination of resources, personnel, and vehicles for timely delivery of goods or services. They are responsible for dispatching orders, coordinating schedules, and communicating with drivers and customers.

Order Dispatch:
- Receive and review customer orders or service requests.
- Determine the most efficient routes and schedules for dispatching orders.
- Assign orders to appropriate drivers or technicians.
- Ensure accurate recording of order details, including addresses, delivery instructions, and special requirements.

Schedule Coordination:
- Coordinate schedules for drivers or service technicians.
- Monitor and adjust schedules in response to changes, delays, or emergencies.
- Communicate any schedule updates or changes to relevant parties.

Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, technicians, and customers.
- Communicate order details, instructions, and updates to drivers.
