Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding the market presence of uPVC doors and windows in the assigned territory
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for uPVC doors and windows.
2. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
3. Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of retail sales processes, strategies, and techniques to achieve targets and grow market share.
4. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with uPVC doors and windows or related construction products.
5. Financial Acumen:
Ability to manage budgets, monitor collection, and analyze financial data.
6. Market Analysis: Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams and external partners.
7. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems related to sales and customer relationships.
8. Negotiation: Robust negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with retail partners and distributors.
