?Your Mission

We are looking for someone to lead the most important function at Aftershoot, AI/Machine Learning.



Your goal would be to create the vision & roadmap to ensure Aftershoot continues to lead with cutting edge technology. You will lead a team of researchers and engineers who are the backbone of our product & a blessing for our customers. You will work on frameworks & processes to improve image processing. You will work with the leadership to craft plans & goals for Aftershoot.

?What You Will Be Doing
- Define the AI roadmap and architectural direction across all computer vision–driven product lines.
- Lead end-to-end development of CV models—from research, dataset design, and training to evaluation and deployment.
- Drive optimisation of deep learning models for edge environments through quantization, pruning, and distillation.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing ML research and engineering team.
