? Position Overview
The Assistant Business Development Manager (Architect Base) supports the Business Development team to grow Ascolite’s presence within architectural, design, and construction skilled communities. This role focuses on fostering relationships with architects, specifying Ascolite products in their projects, and driving business opportunities through strategic engagement and market insights.
? Key Responsibilities
? Business Growth & Market Development
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential projects within the architectural and construction segments.
- Support execution of BD strategies to expand market share for Ascolite’s building materials portfolio (e.g., AAC blocks, construction chemicals).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and discover new avenues for growth.
? Architect & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, design consultants, interior designers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Regularly meet architects to understand project requirements and promote product specifications in drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Act as a trusted contact for architects, addressing questions and supporting specification adoption.
?️ Sales Support & Presentations
- Assist in preparing and delivering tailored presentations, product demos, and technical information for architectural firms.
- Help prepare proposals, pricing details, and documentation required for specification and project approvals.
- Coordinate follow-ups to convert leads into project specifications or sales opportunities.
? Reporting & Analytics
- Track engagement results, pipeline status, and performance against targ
