Role Purpose

Exa Infrastructure is a dynamic and rapidly growing technology infrastructure company committed to delivering excellence in digital infrastructure to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to join our Centre of Excellence team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented skilled with strong problem-solving skills, a customer service attitude, and expertise in process improvement, particularly with Softco (External software) and Oracle Fusion.

Key responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of up to 6 accounts payable professionals. Ensure the team processing vendor invoices accurately and efficiently using EXAs external licensed software (Softco).
- Process Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end process in Softco, including invoice processing, payment approvals, vendor management, and month-end close activities. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP processors.



This involves managing a dedicated team of six individuals which will actively work on the Softco platform.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the team's productivity, accuracy, and efficiency. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the end-to-end process in Softco, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance controls. Leverage automation and technology solutions to increase productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analyses to provide insights into accounts payable performance, trends, and risks. Present findings to senior management and make recommendations for process enhancements.
