What you’ll be responsible for:

You will lead day-to-day operations for Circle’s Treasury Shared Services function, ensuring the accurate, timely, and controlled execution of customer fund movements and banking-related workflows. This includes overseeing processes such as returns, redemptions, transaction investigations, and exception management, while maintaining solid operational discipline and risk controls. You will manage a team of analysts, serve as a key escalation point for operational issues, and partner cross-functionally with Banking, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve complex scenarios. This role is responsible for driving operational consistency, improving processes and tooling, and embedding automation and AI-assisted workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational quality across global operations.
