Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Architects and Interior Designers to join our team. The role involves creating cutting-edge architectural and interior designs, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Junior Architects/Draughtsmen will assist in design development, drawings, and coordination, while senior professionals will lead projects, manage teams, and interact with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning
- Develop creative and functional design concepts for various spaces in line with client requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Plan and design layouts that optimize space usage while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards.
- Assist in creating architectural drawings, renderings, models, and construction documents.
- Conduct research on materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, building codes, and regulations.

Visualization & Drawings:
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.




- Create visualizations, presentations, and models to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Client & Team Collaboration:
- Meet with clients to understand design preferences, budgets, and requirements.
- Develop and present design proposals to clients for review and approval.
- Collaborate with senior architects, designers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in project meetings, presentations, and coordination activities.

Project & Team Management:
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per design specifications.
- Lead the design process from concept development to project completion.
- Manage junior designers, check drawings, set design standards, and provide mentorship.
- Provide support in project coordination and site visits.
