HR Manager - India (Delhi NCR) - Hybrid
About The Role:
The India HR Manager will focus on building high performing teams with a healthy balance of acquiring talent and developing talent internally. Due to the rapid global growth of Valocity India and our ambitious scaling plans, we need an experienced and creative Human Resource Manager to enable us to achieve our vision.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end to end recruitment for India operations, everything from preparing job descriptions, to providing job briefing internally, job advertisement (on LinkedIn Naukri etc), sourcing candidates through to screening, booking interviews, background checking, offers and contracts etc.
- Candidate and stakeholder management, always promoting and representing the Valocity brand.
- Manage an active candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill and business critical positions, utilising your network and using other social media and search platforms like LinkedIn etc
- Own the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding.
