Job Description:

Position: R & D Officer

Location: Daman

Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

Conduct R&D; activities related to polymer/plastic materials, additives, and compounding.

Develop and formulate new plastic products in alignment with market demands and client requirements.

-
Optimize existing plastic products for performance improvement and cost reduction.

-
Collaborate with production, quality control, and marketing teams for product trials and testing.

-
Analyze raw materials and conduct laboratory testing to evaluate mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties.

-
Stay updated on new technologies, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Document all R&D; processes, experiment results, and product development reports.

Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and environmental standards during lab and pilot-scale activities.

Required skills:

-
Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, plastic processing (injection molding, extrusion, etc.), and material characterization.

Experience with formulation development, compounding, and testing of plastics.

-
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a lab setting.

-
Good documentation and report-writing skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.sc/M.sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 3.6 LPA
