Job Summary: The company is looking to recruit an ambitious and energetic financial Structurer who will help Candi to lead the revolution of solar by focusing on the financial structuring of Open Access/wheeling solar projects in India. Given that Candi is taking solar into a new realm with a current set of tools, the role will require creativity, innovation and a new way of thinking.

Specifically, the job involves taking a prominent role in the following:
- Managing Open Access solar transactions, including negotiation, due diligence, financial modelling, coordinating stakeholders,



legal documentation and any aspect requiring attention in order to bring transactions to a successful close
- Performing financial, structuring and legal analysis on target deals to come up with optimal solutions for Candi and its clients
- Reviewing and negotiating legal documentation with external parties as required
- Working closely with Business Development, Risk, Engineering, Finance and Asset Management in order to successfully close these deals
- Helping to define and execute on a strategy for accelerating the pace and conversion of Open Access projects
- Refining Candi’s processes and tools (financial models, template legal documentation, etc) for Open Access projects

Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Mohali, Bangalore or Pune (combined with working from home)
