Job Description:

Role: Windows/VMware Technical Lead
Mandatory : 10-12 or more years of experiences in Windows
administration and 4 years in technically leading Windows team
Technologies:
Windows server 2008/2012 and 2016
Windows AD
VMware 6.x
Cisco UCS and HP hardware
· Hands on experience on Windows Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
· Should have worked on group policies
· Expertise in debugging issues, tracking audits logs, fault finding in
replication, Windows server performance issues
· Domain Controller migration, Windows server upgrade
· Should have worked on Cisco UCS and HP hardware
· Advanced powershell scripting
· OS Troubleshooting skills
· Experience on VMware vSphere suite 5.5/6.0/6.5
· Hands on VMware hypervisor with the expert level of knowledge
with vMotion, vCente,



ESXi and other
· Should have ESX upgrade experience
· Experience in installing & configuring Monitoring tools like SCOM,
Solarwinds
· Valuable to have knowledge on SCCM packaging , OSD and basic
Networking
· Should have understanding of Citrix Xenapp 6.5
· Knowledge of SCCM & Citrix
• Leadership and organizational skills : should be able to lead a team of
Windows and Citrix Administrators
• Excellent Communication skills, Manage and drive Major incident
management calls to conclusion, Stakeholder communications
• Identify areas for transformation and optimization
