- Minimum 3 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment
- End-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal database.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and manage candidate pipelines.
- Maintain and update ATS and CRM systems with candidate information.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
