- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Experience in furnishings, home décor, or lifestyle products preferred.

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow online marketplace accounts for furnishings products. The role involves end-to-end ownership of marketplace performance, including account management, catalog optimization, advertising, operations, and analytics to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account & Brand Management:
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce accounts across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to improve revenue, visibility, and market share for assigned brands.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with marketplace category managers to secure promotions, campaigns,



and enhanced visibility.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

2. Catalog & Content Optimization:
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images.
- Manage A+ Content, Brand Stores, and enhanced content to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure catalog accuracy, compliance, and best-in-class presentation.

3. Marketing & Growth Strategy:
- Plan and manage Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Sponsored Ads, and platform-specific marketing tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth and expansion opportunities.

4. Operations & Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Manage pricing strategy, discounts, offers, and margin optimization.
