We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Senior Specialist-Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams , MS SharePoint to join our team in Bengaluru, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Messaging Services Senior Specialist
- Typically, the Messaging Services Senior Specialist assists in the support and maintenance of the Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams , MS SharePoint & Boundary Services Environment within Unified Messaging and Communication.
- Must have knowledge on Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Ironport, Archiving Solutions & Microsoft Teams.
- Assists team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc.
- Administrator who specialized in Exchange On Premise (2013 to 2019), Exchange Online and Boundary Services (EOP, ATP,



ProofPoint and Cisco IronPort)
- Administrator should also have generalized knowledge in other Office 365 core applications such as SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Teams
- Handles day-to-day Incident and Request management tasks
- Is responsible for identifying and contributing to automation solutions (e.g.: PowerShell coding)
- Extensive and thorough knowledge on Outlook, OWA Client related issues.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
- Minimum 6+ years of experience supporting multifarious Messaging environment
- Working knowledge on different versions of Exchange
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management & archiving solutions

Degree: Engineering graduate orBachelor of Computer Science with relevant Messaging technology work experience.
