Job Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and processes within the Strategy Department.
- Lead the development and implementation of project plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Oversee the allocation of resources, budget management, and timeline adherence for strategic projects.
- Implement robust project governance, including risk management, issue resolution, and performance tracking
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the Chief Strategy Officer and key stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of project management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Education Requirement :
- Necessary: Minimum Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration
- Desired: G raduate Degree in any of the fields related to the development sector
Experience Requirement :
- Necessary: Minimum 12-15 years of social sector experience
- Desired: Experience of implementing large scale development projects
