Business Development Executive – B2B Sales & Site Coordination | Kashmir

We are looking for energetic, ambitious and field-oriented individuals to join our growing team in Kashmir.

This is a sales-focused role with technical and site exposure, ideal for candidates from Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related backgrounds who want to build a career in B2B sales, technical sales and business development.
You will work closely with customers, contractors, builders, architects and our technical team to identify recent business opportunities, understand project requirements and convert them into successful sales.

What You'll Do
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across Kashmir.
- Connect with builders, contractors, architects, hotels, institutions and other potential clients.
- Conduct customer meetings, follow-ups and product presentations.
- Visit construction and renovation sites to understand project requirements.
- Take basic measurements and collect information required for quotations.




- Explain our heating solutions and their benefits to customers in a simple and convincing manner.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and work towards converting enquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with the installation and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain regular records of leads, meetings, site visits, quotations and follow-ups.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business.
- Work towards defined monthly sales and business development targets.

Who We're Looking For

We are open to freshers as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience.
Candidates from the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply:
- Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Site Supervisor / Technician / Installer backgrounds
- BBA, B.Com or other gra
