Role Description The Sales Manager – Machine is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for driving sales of CNC routers, laser cutting machines, metal cutting machines, and other related equipment by identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients.



The Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up. Daily activities include visiting customer sites, preparing quotations, coordinating with technical and production teams, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to strategic sales plans to expand market presence locally and across wider regions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in industrial machinery or capital equipment.
- Experience in client relationship management, with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate machine solutions.
- Technical aptitude to learn and explain features and benefits of CNC routers,
