We are seeking a creative & ambitious person to handle our current clients. Manage a bunch of creative people - photographers, editors & designers.

Client & Account Management
Own end-to-end social media strategy for 5 to 7 client accounts simultaneously across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients - attend calls, present monthly strategy, handle feedback and revisions
Understand each client's brand voice, industry,



and business goals well enough to translate them into content direction
Content Strategy & Planning
Build monthly/quarterly content calendars per client, aligned to campaigns, product launches, and trending moments
Define content pillars, posting cadence, and platform-specific strategy for each account
Plan and pitch paid social boost strategies in coordination with performance marketing

Manage a team of video editors and graphic designers - assign briefs, set deadlines, and review output quality
Write clear, actionable creative briefs so the team isn't guessing at client intent
Run daily/weekly stand-ups to track content pipeline status across all client accounts
Mentor junior team members and give constructive feedback on creative work
Balance team workload across multiple clients without bottlenecking any single account
