Role Description The MEP Project Engineer at Dotand will oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems design and execution for architecture and design projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to develop MEP layouts, specifications,



and drawings that align with project requirements and local regulations. The engineer will review designs for technical accuracy, support value engineering, and ensure integration of MEP systems with architectural and interior design intent. Daily responsibilities include monitoring site progress, resolving technical issues, conducting inspections, and supporting testing and commissioning. The role also requires collaborating with contractors and vendors, preparing project documentation, and contributing to project planning, scheduling, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP works at project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP services.
