CrossNibble is a B2B growth consultancy. We work with industrial and manufacturing companies on lead generation, SEO, outbound, paid campaigns, and CRM automation.

We run everything from top of funnel awareness to closed pipeline. The difference is that we measure all of it against the same thing: qualified leads and revenue. Awareness work is not exempt from that.

We are adding one person to our execution team.

What you will do
- Build prospect lists against a defined target profile: company research, contact identification, email verification
- Load and QA outbound campaigns before they go live
- Pull performance data from GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta into client reports
- Support campaign setup and tracking across paid and organic, including UTM structure and link QA
- Implement on-page SEO from approved briefs: titles, meta, headings, internal links
- Upload and format content in WordPress
- Keep the CRM clean: field completion, lead source tagging, deduplication

Who this is for





Freshers with at least one completed internship in digital marketing, SEO, or agency work.

You will do well here if you:
- Are comfortable in Google Sheets. Filters, lookups, pivots
- Not afraid of using current tools and technologies
- Follow a process exactly, without shortcuts
- Say something when a number looks wrong instead of pasting it through
- Write clearly in English

What this role is not

This is not a content or social design role. You will not be writing captions or making reels. The work is structured, requires attention to details, and repeatable.

Salary: Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month (Negotiable)

Team: You will work directly under our digital marketing lead. Small team, so you will have real ownership within a few months.
