Job Purpose:
To identify cardholder fraud, high risk merchant processing and fraudulent merchant activity to ensure merchants are compliant with the parameters of their contractual agreements. Analyze merchant transactions to identify and take swift mitigating action on ones that can potentially lead to a financial loss to the company.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Drive results with a proven ability to achieve both team and individual goals consistently
- Demonstrate sound judgment by independently monitoring a specified goal amount of alerts on a daily basis in order to identify high risk transactions and fraudulent processing activity.
- Monitor merchant authorizations, deposits and refunds to identify suspect transactions via RiskNet. Id
