Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced RCC Foreman to supervise and execute reinforced cement concrete works at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise RCC activities including footing, columns, beams, slabs, and shear walls.

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Manage and supervise site manpower including carpenters, bar benders, and helpers.

• Coordinate with site engineers for daily work planning and execution.

• Ensure proper shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting practices.





• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage at site.

• Ensure safety norms and good housekeeping at site.

• Maintain daily work progress and manpower records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as RCC Foreman

• Robust exposure to high-rise / residential / real estate projects

• Ability to read basic RCC drawings and follow site instructions

• Good knowledge of shuttering systems, reinforcement, and concreting processes
