Role Description The Assistant GM role is a part-time, on-site position based at the Kochi center. The Assistant GM will support overall center operations, including daily administration, staff coordination, and scheduling of training programs and assessments. This role involves monitoring academic and service quality, helping implement institutional policies, and ensuring a smooth learner experience from enrollment through course completion. The Assistant GM will assist with local marketing and outreach activities, build relationships with students, partners, and stakeholders, and provide regular performance and operations reports to senior management. The role requires active participation in problem-solving, process improvement, and alignment of center activities with MIA's mission and standards.
