About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join Egnoto.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B IT sales and business development, with a strong track record of generating leads, acquiring new clients, managing sales pipelines, conducting client discussions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and requirement understanding to proposal, negotiation, closure,
and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, networking, online platforms, and other channels.
- Research target markets, industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify potential clients.
- Build, manage, and continuously improve a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate and qualify high-quality B2B leads based on business requirements, budget, project scope, and decision-making authority.
- Develop effective outbound sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, industries, and opportunities for business expansion.
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
