We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with robust hands-on development expertise and the potential to grow into a Technical Lead role. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience building scalable Salesforce solutions, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to technical design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods).
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and Salesforce data models.
- Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
- Implement Salesforce security including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security.
