We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tech Sourcer to support talent acquisition for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across North America (USA). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical landscape for data center, facilities, and critical infrastructure roles, and will excel at identifying and engaging passive talent in Tech domain.

This is a contractual role (6 months)

Locations - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Delhi (Remote role)

Shift Timing - 6:00 pm - 3:00 am IST

Key job responsibilities
- Data Center and Infrastructure Hiring - Experience sourcing for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), with relevant Academic backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT-related Field will be required.




- Boolean and Advanced Search - Ability to create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X-ray search/ Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards will be an added advantage.
- Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent - Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields, with ability to articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate. The role holder will also be responsible for building strategies and brainstorming to create effective and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.

- Proven ability and sharp on the feet to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
