We bring together software testers, engineering leaders, and technology professionals through conferences, workshops, meetups, bootcamps, memberships, and online communities. Our marketing isn't about selling products; it's about growing communities, creating conversations, and bringing the right people together.

Location: Noida (5 days a week, in-office)

What You Will Do
- Support the marketing of conferences, workshops, webinars, and meetups
- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage software testing and engineering professionals
- Execute email outreach and follow-ups with attendees, speakers, and community members




- Support community-building initiatives across our global programs
- Assist in creating content for LinkedIn, emails, and community channels
- Research and reach out to potential speakers and industry experts
- Occasionally make cold emails and cold calls as part of outreach campaigns
- Learn and use AI tools to improve marketing workflows

- Good spoken and written English
- Solid sense of ownership and accountability
- Eagerness to learn and implement feedback
- Comfortable communicating with professionals over email and LinkedIn
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to work from our Noida office, 5 days a week

Nice To Have
- Interest in marketing, communities, or events
- Experience leading college clubs, organizing events, or student communities
- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Active on LinkedIn or other profes
