Senior Workday Integration & Reporting Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Integration Specialist to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide Workday integrations across HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday integration technologies, enterprise architecture, middleware platforms, data transformation, security, and cloud integration best practices. This role will partner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure,



and high-performing integration solutions that support global HR and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Strategy & Solution Design
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end Workday integration solutions.
Define integration frameworks, standards, governance, and best practices for enterprise deployments.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Design real-time, event-driven, batch, and API-based integrations between Workday and external systems.
Workday Integration Certification
Develop and maintain Workday integrations using: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, Workday Extend integrations, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) and Workday Messaging and Event Framework
Build complex inbound and outbound interfaces for employee, payroll, perks, recruiting, talent, learning, and finan
