Role Description The Agency Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for leading and growing the agency sales channel for Care Health Insurance. The role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring insurance advisors and agents, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure consistent business growth. The Agency Manager will drive local marketing and outreach initiatives, develop relationships within the community, and promote Care Health Insurance products to individual and corporate customers. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing sales strategies, conducting regular review meetings with the agency team, providing product and process updates, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
