Porcellia is a boutique growth marketing accelerator scaling high-potential D2C brands across lifestyle, wellness, fashion, and beauty. We manage performance marketing and brand strategy for 30+ of India's fastest-growing D2C companies. We blend creativity with conversion, storytelling with structure, and fun with performance.

We hire smart misfits — the ones who think deeply, move fast, and care intensely. As we scale, our biggest constraint isn't demand from brands. It's people. Finding them, bringing them in, and making sure they stick. That's where this role comes in.

Why This Role Exists

Porcellia is growing fast — recent roles are opening up across Growth, Performance, Brand & Design, Creative, and Copy, often at short notice. We can't afford to be scrambling for talent every time a seat opens up.



We need someone whose full-time job is to make sure we always have the right people in the pipeline, that every department gets the hires they need on time, and that once someone joins us, they're set up to succeed — not left to figure things out on their own.

This isn't a post a job, screen resumes, forget about it role. This is about building and owning the entire people pipeline — from the first outreach to a candidate, to their hundredth day on the job.

What You'll Actually Do

Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a live, healthy pipeline of candidates across every department at Porcellia — Growth, Performance, Brand & Design, Creative Strategy, Copy, and more
- Proactively source and engage talent, rather than waiting for a role to open up before you start looking
- Sit with every department lead regularly to understand upcoming hiring needs, team gaps, and role priorities — before they become urgent
