To be successful as an Incremental CRM - Senior Data Lead 4, you should have experience with:
- Hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Data Platform Development.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SQL Query Tuning & Performance Optimization
- Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers
- Database Design & Data Modelling
- Extensive experience in SSIS development and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS S3 and cloud-based data platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and up-to-date data engineering practices.
- Experience designing and maintaining large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures.
- Experience with source control, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include
- Experience with cloud migration programs (SQL Server to AWS/Databricks).
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
- Exposure to Power BI/Tableau reporting platforms.
- Experience with Python and data engineering frameworks.
- AWS and/or Databricks certifications preferred.
