Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Group Leader of Recruitment Operations to lead, coach, and manage a team of professionals within our recruitment operations at PSG Global Solutions India.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with a proven ability to drive performance, manage KPIs,



and ensure consistent delivery of client expectations. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and motivational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced, client-focused environment.

- Position: Group Leader of Recruitment Operations
- Location: Baner, Pune
- Work Mode: On-site, 5 days a week
- Salary Range: Best as per market standards
- Expected Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Experience Required: 5 - 6 Years
